ithiki os is a solution to manage a complaints channel. The solution is made up of two main modules: the complaints channel and the back-office or management tool.

The complaints channel is the page accessed by users who wish to communicate a fact to the organization.

The management tool is the application accessed by the organization’s complaint managers and through which they act and communicate with the complainant.
