Purpose

What do we use the data for?

The following Privacy Policy establishes the terms in which we will treat personal data in ITHIKIOS; this includes any personal data collected through our page  Web  https://ithikios.com/  as well as any other data that we process in the exercise of our business activity.

ITHIKIOS; collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:

to)     Contact Form : the personal data collected through this form will be exclusively used to manage your request. 

b)   Create an account form: the personal data collected in this form will be processed to create an account on our website and to manage the free ithikios trial for 15 days. In addition to giving you access to Ithikios in the trial period, we may also use your data in order to find out your opinion about Ithikios and to track the use of Ithikios.

c)      Events (edit): the data collected through this form will be exclusively used to manage and organize the event or act that you subscribe, register the participants, publish photographs and images of the participants to the event, taken at the event itself, in the media communication, on our website and / or on Social Networks as well as billing, where appropriate, participation in the event.

d)   ITHIKIOS platform:  In this case, ITHIKIOS is only responsible for the treatment of customer contact and billing data.

e)   Newsletter : the data collected will be exclusively used to send you newsletters, as well as commercial communications of promotions and / or advertising of our services.

f)     Data of candidates for ITHIKIOS job vacancies: in the event that you send us your CV or conduct a job interview in our offices, your data will be used to fill possible job vacancies in our company. In the event of being hired, your personal data will be exclusively used to manage the employment relationship with ITHIKIOS.

g)   Whistleblower data: ITHIKIOS is a reporting channel for companies, organizations, foundations and/or educational centers. As provided by current regulations, these reports can be anonymous. In the event that the complainant identifies himself, ITHIKIOS will process this data for the sole purpose of providing the service to its clients (companies, organizations, foundations and/or educational centers), as the person in charge of the treatment, and covered by the service contract with its clients. In no case will you use these data for your own purposes and will delete them in accordance with the provisions of current data protection regulations.

How long do we keep your data?

The data of potential clients who do not end up contracting any service will be automatically deleted after one year from the last contact. In case of contracting a service, the data will be processed for the duration of the commercial relationship and, once concluded, for the time necessary to respond to possible legal responsibilities. 

The personal data used to create a trial account will be kept until you decide to unsubscribe or, failing that, if after the trial period, you do not decide to proceed with the customer registration.

The data provided for sending the newsletter or in the event that you have given us your consent to send you commercial information from ITHIKIOS will be kept until you express your wish not to receive further communications from us. You can exercise the right of opposition through the channels announced in this Privacy Policy.

In relation to labor data, these will be processed for the duration of said relationship and once concluded, for the time necessary to respond for possible breaches in this area. In the event that you have sent us your CV or if you are interviewing for a job vacancy, your personal data will be stored for a period of one year, after which, if you have not been selected, they will be deleted from our systems.

In relation to the reporting data, they will be anonymized or eliminated from the system, after 3 months from the registration of the report in ITHIKIOS. 

Legitimization

The legal basis for the treatment of customer data is the contractual execution.

The personal data of the workers will be processed for the fulfillment of the contractual relationship. 

The legal basis for the processing of your data for sending the newsletter and sending commercial information is the consent of the interested party.

Your personal data will not be transferred to third parties without your consent, except for those service providers with whom we have a current service contract or that mediate a law that obliges ITHIKIOS to such data transfer.
