ITHIKIOS; collects the following personal data for the purposes indicated below:

1. b) Create an account formThe personal data collected in this form will be used to create an account on our website and to manage the Ithikios free trial for 15 days. In addition to giving you access to Ithikios during the trial period, we may also use your data in order to know your opinion about Ithikios and to track the use of Ithikios.

1. c) EventsThe data collected through this form will be used exclusively to manage and organize the event or act that you subscribe to, register participants, publish photographs and images of the participants to the event, taken at the event itself, in the media, on our website and / or social networks as well as bill, where appropriate, participation in the event.

1. d) ITHIKIOS platform:in this case ITHIKIOS, is only responsible for the processing of customer contact and billing data.

1. e) NewsletterThe data collected will be used exclusively to send you newsletters, as well as commercial communications of promotions and / or advertising of our services.

1. f) Data of candidates for ITHIKIOS job vacanciesIn the event that you send us your CV or if you are interviewed in our offices, your data will be used to fill possible job vacancies in our company. How long do we keep your data?

The data of potential customers who do not end up hiring any service, will be automatically deleted after one year from the last contact. In case of contracting any service, the data will be treated for the duration of the business relationship and, once concluded for the time necessary to respond to possible legal liabilities.

In relation to the denouncing data, they will be anonymized or eliminated from the system, 3 months after the registration of the denunciation in ITHIKIOS.
